About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Analyze operational data and recommend automation or process optimizations. Reduce costs, minimize delays, and improve overall operational scalability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in Operations/Management preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or business management
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines
• Good knowledge of MS Office, project management tools, and documentation
