VGO BUSINESS ASSOCIATES – ELIGIBILITY & ROLE
Any individual may apply. No profession or hour restrictions. Work is part-time/full-time/limited hours. Compensation is strictly target-based.
ASSOCIATE COMPENSATION STRUCTURE
- Monthly salary of USD 500 payable only upon target completion.
- Each Associate may build a team of max 30 members within 3 months.
LEADERSHIP BONUS POLICY
- From Associates: ~5% from team sales transactions.
- From Entrepreneurs: 5% of income contributed to Associates who built/trained them.
- Bonuses are credited after VANTA validation.
